Houses with own land plots for sale in a fabulous settlement, located in the Planina Mountain between Sofia and the town of Samokov, near Borovets ski resort and Vitosha mountain, as well as close to the Iskar Dam (5 km). Arch. Stanislavov is the author of several projects related to a contemporary look of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia. Artek Studio and S Architecture Team are working on different projects of national significance.
In the settlement are offered houses at the price of an apartment in the peripheral neighborhoods of Sofia, with its own plot of minimum 500 sq.m. with the possibility of unification of several plots.
The buyer can use architectural designs for houses prepared by the chief architect of the project or use thier own architectural design but it must necessarily be in line with the main architectural idea of the complex and be accommodated by the chief architect.
Concept
The vision of the project is to develop a new settlement with green infrastructure, surrounded by a protected area. The project was officially recognized by the government of Bulgaria as having received the highest possible priority for a project.
The site has a written assurance that the state will undertake a major restoration of the road leading to the settlement. A more direct route to Borovets will be built.
