Description of retail areas:
The stores are located on two levels, and for the commercial area there are separate approaches provided from Boulevard "Osmi primorski polk" and "Voinishka" street with 37 separated sites designed, including a grocery store, a restaurant, two bistros. The total area of the commercial area is 7743 m2, including the common areas. The stores are finished according to the type "open space" with paste cement flooring, windows to the facade of the building without dividing walls between the stores and without windows to the common areas. All installations are held to the respective store, including electricity, air conditioning with separate costs reporting for heat, ventilation, possible supply of hot and cold water and sewerage, fiber optic structured cabling system with possibility to be connected to an internet provider of choice, sprinkler fire extinguishing system, fire alarm system.
