Annual rental return:
6% return during construction
8% for 5 years after construction (this will start in September 2016)
During the first 5 years you will continue to receive the 8%* net return regardless of whether your unit is occupied or not � this does not include the annual £275 ground rent charge.
In the event that the net return is less than 8%*, the developer will provide the funds equal to said difference.

The guarantee is for 5 years from the date of Legal Completion.
