This development is a luxurious complex situated in the Pirin National Park at the foot of the mountain close to Bansko ski resort in Bulgaria.

The area is suitable for ski and golf, mountain and countryside walks, water sports and horseback riding.
The first part of the project consists of 8 luxurious villas. The houses are detached and consist of 3 or 4 bedrooms.

Each house is with an area of 194 sq.m. functionally distributed among entrance hall, spacious living room with kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with a bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (there are 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom), sauna with bathroom, closet and terrace, overlooking the mountains.

The construction of the houses will be made with high quality materials according to Swiss technology - energy class "A".
The heating system is a modern and cosy floor heating with a heat pump. This heating system insures the lowest heating costs and the best temperature regulation for all 4 seasons.
9 months is an approximate construction time of a house from the first instalment to its completion.
