• walls and ceilings – plastered and painted as desired;
• interior doors – high class (Poland/Bulgaria);
• elevators (Otis or equivalent) – certified and ready for operation;
• common areas with granite flooring (Egypt/Turkey) and laminate in the residential areas;
• landscaping and designated green spaces;
• completed parking lot with markings and numbering.

Payment schemes:
• 1% at 50% advance, 30% Act 15;
• 2% at 80% advance, 10% Act 15;
• 2% when purchasing 2 apartments;
• 3% when purchasing 3 apartments;
• 4% when purchasing 4 or more apartments.
