Location
This project consists of several residential complexes with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms villas in typical Mediterranean style, private garden and parking space. The development company offers professional property management by a registered company. All owners have to pay a fixed annual fee of 5 Euro/sq.m with VAT covering the maintenance service per year.
The fee includes the following services:
