The investing company offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 10 Euro / sq.m with VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.
The fee includes the following services:
Complete cleaning of the complex and ongoing inspection for defects on the apartments and the facade;
Ongoing development and maintenance of the complex and the surrounding area;
Ongoing maintenance of the sanitary and plumbing;
Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance and security systems for correct functioning;
Monitoring and taking emergency measures in case of extreme and force majeure against damage;
Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of the common areas;

The completion works are carried out in strict accordance with the design. In addition to the technical supervision of the Bulgarian organizations, the complex is under the control of a team of Russian experts that monitor the quality of construction. During the construction of the complex are used only high quality materials, as follows:

Exterior and interior walls and curtain walls of ceramic bricks series FORATI Austrian company Wienerberger.
External insulation - polystyrene plates, series EPS Austrian Austrotherm.

Letting
The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from one’s property, which will be paid after the end of the active tourist season. Owners must pay an annual fee for that service.
Payment
Reservation of apartment
Each apartment can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 21 days.
