• second installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the first installment;
  
• third installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the second installment;
  
• fourth installment –10% of the value of the preliminary contract upon Act 15 or upon signing the notarial deed.
