Payment plan:
deposit - 2000 Euro;
first installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract, after deducting the deposit, within 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
second installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the first installment;
third installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the second installment;
fourth installment –10% of the value of the preliminary contract upon Act 15 or upon signing the notarial deed.
The payment scheme is flexible and can be changed according to the client.
