Payment scheme:
deposit - 2000 Euro;
first installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract, after deducting the deposit up to 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
second installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the first installment;
third installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the second installment;
fourth installment – 10% of the value of the preliminary contract at Act 15 or at the signing of the notarial act.
The payment scheme is flexible and can be changed according to the customer.
