The walls are built with Winerberger Porotherm ceramic blocks. Thermal insulation is laid on the outer walls /10cm/. The heating, waterproofing and window systems meet the standards for an "energy-saving house";
The roofs are pitched and finished in gray with a specialized system of ceramic tiles. 10 cm of thermal insulation above heated rooms is also provided for;
The facades of the houses are a combination of a thermal insulation system, composite panels with wood veneer, and two colors of silicone plasters. The laying of natural stone is also planned, which reinforces the dynamic vision of the buildings. The dissection of the facade panels is dictated by the desire for a maximally modern sound, fitting into a richly landscaped environment;
The windows are provided with wide French windows;
Electrical installations - all electrical high-current and low-current installations are carried in corrugated pipes. Outlets for cable TV, telephone lines, Internet are planned - brought to the individual premises;
Plumbing - separate solutions for heating and air conditioning systems are offered in each building, according to the wishes of the client. There are options for placing a boiler, external air conditioners, or a common unit for the entire building;
The porch is planned to be filled with reinforced concrete pavement;
It is planned to install glass railings with a metal handle, h=105 cm., which visually do not prevent the opening of the favorable view.
