The complex consists of 4 small buildings, each on three floors. Each section has an elevator and a warm connection to the underground parking lot. There are only 6 apartments on each floor, which guarantees peace, low density of habitation and a comfortable living environment.

It offers two-room /some of which with a garden/, three-room and four-room apartments. The properties will be handed over in a degree of completion according to Bulgarian Construction Standards, with plastering and screeding.

Maintenance of the complex

Maintenance will be carried out as follows:
• two-room apartments – 30 euros (59 BGN)/month;
• three-room and four-room apartments – 40 euros (78 BGN)/month;
• parking space or garage – 10 euros (20 BGN)/month.

The fee includes cleaning of the common areas, maintenance of the green areas and electricity costs in the common areas.

Parking:
• when purchasing a two-room apartment, it is mandatory to purchase at least one parking space;
• for three-room and four-room apartments, two parking options are provided;
• more than two parking spaces can be purchased if desired.

The purchase of a parking space is at prices of 17,000 euros (33,249 leva), and for a garage 25,000 euros (48,896 leva).

Payment schemes:

Option 1:
• 40% on preliminary contract;
• 40% on Act 14;
• 20% on Act 16.

Option 2:
• 15% on preliminary contract;
• 65% on Act 14;
• 20% on Act 16.

Option 3:
• 10% on preliminary contract;
• 50% on Act 14;
• 20% on Act 15;
• 20% on Act 16.

Option 4:
• 20% on preliminary contract;
• 80% on Act 16.
