Layout of the typical semi-detached house:

• Chimneys with fire resistance EI120, fire reaction class minimum A2;
• EPS thermal insulation – 12 cm on facades and structural elements;
• XPS thermal insulation – 12 cm for plinths above ground, 5 cm under flooring in heated rooms;
• Mineral wool – 14 cm above the last slab under the roof, with vapor barrier;
• Waterproofing of the underground floor – HDPE + self-adhesive layer and waterproof concrete;
• Vertical walls – cold-laid waterproofing, laid above ground level;
• Roof waterproofing – rolled, flame-bonded, with preliminary cleaning and priming;
• Balconies and terraces – APP modified tarpaulins with geotextile for drainage;
• Facade – combination of stone cladding, silicone plaster (white and gray), composite aluminum panel;
• Insulation reaction to fire class – C; outer layer – A2;
• Roofs – pitched, with drainage through gutters and downpipes to green areas.
