sanitary room: walls - plastered waterproofing on mesh, gypsum putty; ceilings - putty or raster ceilings, at the customer's request; floor – Sika waterproofing, noise insulation, screed for slopes, plastered waterproofing;
windows: ETEM aluminum panel joinery, light and highly resistant to atmospheric influences and operation, with a modern look and design, gray/anthracite color, warm spacer. The double-glazed windows are triple, made of external 4-season glass, medium-transparent and internal K-glass. The hardware is German, anthracite color;
entrance doors: Solid 55, armored by design; internal doors - on openings, according to the project.
Heating
Three systems are provided, from which the customer chooses himself:
of direct evaporation, type inverter multisplit air conditioners. The locations of external bodies are indicated on the drawings;
air-water heat pump, the construction of the road, the connection of the pump is foreseen;
gas, to each apartment, to install a boiler.
