Completion of the apartments:

2. Water supply and sewerage system
The plumbing installation will be made of polypropylene pipes with insulation.
Sewerage installation:

The pipes of the sewerage system are designed as "silent".
2.2. Drainage installation.
A system of grilles and pipes will be built to take off all rainwater. Terminals will be installed under the flooring of the terraces.
2.3. Drainage of air conditioners and gas boilers.
The installation for drainage of air conditioners and gas boilers is completely hidden. The connection to the sewage of the building will be through siphons. This prevents the penetration of sewage gases into the climatic bodies and hence in the living premises.
3. Lighting
The power supply of the apartments is single-phase/three-phase from GRT at the respective entrances. In the apartments - the power supply to all consumers will be from an electrical switchboard.

4. Antenna installation, internet
Antenna installation for cable TV and structural cabling - Internet to the apartments.
5. Intercom installation
In the main electrical panels of the individual entrances of the building there will be installed power units for the intercom installations and the electric locks for the respective entrances. The intercom installation will include an intercom headset in each apartment connected to the dashboard on the ground floor with an intercom speaker and bell buttons mounted at the entrance of each block.
All apartments in the buildings are offered for sale unfurnished.

7. Electrical installation
For the basements, separate electrical panels are provided. The electrical installation has a degree of protection IP 44. There is on-going lighting and evacuation lighting. Work lighting is switched on by motion detectors. All luminaires are fireproof and have the appropriate certificate.
8. Lightning protection installation
The facility is a third lightning protection category, to prevent direct and indirect lightning strikes on the residential building.
9. Earthing installation
The earthing installation is a basic element in any electrical installation. It is installed to limit high voltage and lead in the ground the large electrical charge that may occur when lightning or switching processes occur in the power system. The earthing system eliminates or reduces the risk of damage in the electrical system and thus protects people and equipment from dangerous voltages.
10. Ventilation
The air exchange in the building is organized to ensure sanitary and hygienic standards for microclimate and air purity. For rooms with direct ventilation, mechanical ventilation is not provided. In all sanitary and warehouse premises suction fans with a flap are installed and controlled by the lighting switch. In case of heavy smoke or heat release (fire) an emergency ventilation system is provided on all staircases and elevator shafts to ensure unobstructed evacuation. For the garages, suction installations are built so the contaminated air can go out in the green areas. The fresh air enters freely through the garage door.
In the event of an emergency situation in case of signal by the fire alarm system or manually, the emergency suction and discharge fans for each separate fire zone will start functioning.
