An external window sill is installed on architectural details. All openable windows and doors are double-spoke opening with metal adjustable fittings. Walls The walls are filled with high-quality Porotherm ceramic blocks of the Austrian concern WIENERBERGER. The inner ones are 12 cm in size and the outer ones - 25 cm. Use Baumit masonry or similar. The internal walls and ceilings are made with machine gypsum or lime plaster. All external edges of the wall masonry are protected by built-in strips. Armored front doors Metal frame with reinforced construction, decorated with an interior case with rubber gasket. Metal wing with frame and reinforced hinges, with special filling. The door is covered with two-component varnish or wood glue. Cash box lock with three original keys, deviator with three spikes and spy. Each door has a complete security system, which consists of three main elements: patented construction, high security lock and original decorative layout. Floors Floor screed, put in protective corrugated pipes, low-wiring cables and radiator pipes. Sound insulation The walls between the sanitary premises have built-in plumbing installations, between the kitchens and the bedrooms are made of a double brick wall with stone wadding 5 cm in the middle or a single brick wall with a plasterboard and stone wadding. Underneath the screed, the high-tech sound insulation membrane FONAS TEX with a thickness of 2.8mm is applied. With this modern technology, the apartments are much better soundproofed by the upper and lower floors. Bathrooms and toilets Walls and ceilings with lime-cement plaster, built water supply and sewerage by design and floor of a concrete slab with a channel aperture. Aluminum radiators mounted on individual heating circuits connected to a common collector box, the temperature being individually regulated for all rooms. The heating installation has five-layer polyethylene pipes with aluminum insert, drawn into corrugated pipes in the floor screed. Built-in vertical gasification pipelines and individual gas meters installed in the common corridors for each apartment.
